Internal Family Systems is a way to look at yourself through examining the different parts of yourself. I use IFS to interweave it with EMDR, as this can be helpful in isolating a particular part of yourself that is struggling, and be able to address it with care and gentleness.

EMDR therapy helps to heal the mind and the triggering body sensations that are interrupting your life. EMDR Therapy enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distresses that are a result of disturbing life experiences.
EMDR is also helpful for anxiety, depression, dissociation, and struggles you’re having but are not sure why.
